How to reset crm password and mt5 password.

Step 1: Change your crm password.
Navigate to profile icon

Click on my profile.

In your profile section, click on setttings.

Scroll down and click on change password.

Add the necessary information as shown in the screen, and click on change.

Once you have click on change, You will receive and email knowing that the crm password have been change.

Step 2: Change mt5 password
In your dashbord select the Trading Account that you want to change the MT5 password. Click on actions as show in the image

Now a pop up will appear for your to change your password. Once you have entered your new password proceed to click change ( Note: Trader room password is your crm password)

Once you have click on change the password you will receive email for change password confirmation.
